The Unit Titles Act 2010 provides the legal framework for creating unit titles, governing unit title developments and dealing with stratum estates and common property in developments that must be registered or recorded in the register under the Land Transfer Act 2017.
This guideline explains how matters involving unit title developments may be prepared, registered, and recorded in accordance with the requirements of the Unit Titles Act 2010.

- new unit title developments, redevelopments and other changes, and cancellation of developments
- dealings with units and common property
- dealings with leasehold developments, and
- body corporate and other administrative matters.
