Overseas investment pathways data

An overseas person who acquires a sensitive asset requires consent under the Overseas Investment Act 2005. Applications are assessed against different criteria – known as investment pathways – depending on the nature of the consent.

On this page, data can be sorted to show which investment pathway was used to make a decision, along with related information such as the gross investment, gross area, and the average time it takes to assess by investment pathway.
