Did you know that the number of messages in your 'My Messages' folder directly impacts on how fast you can retrieve and open messages?

Here are some helpful hints to downsize your messages:

• To remove all messages

  If you want to remove all messages in your 'My Messages' space, highlight the first message, then hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and click on the very last message. This should highlight all messages; click the Delete button to remove these.

• To remove a block of messages

  You can highlight a block of messages to delete by clicking on the messages you want to delete while holding the Shift key down; click Delete to remove.

• To remove selective messages within a range

  You can choose selective messages to delete by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking on the specific messages you want to remove; click Delete to remove.

As with all electronic housekeeping, it's good practice to do this on a routine basis.
