The Applicant intends to continue to operate the land as a walnut orchard and utilise the vendors’ knowledge and expertise to establish walnut trees on Pounui Station (land already acquired by the Applicant). The overseas investment transaction has satisfied the criterion in section 16(1)(e)(i) of the Overseas Investment Act 2005. |
