The land is currently operated as a vineyard. The Applicant will increase the size of the vineyard and construct new wine-making and visitor wine-tasting facilities.

  • introducing additional capital into New Zealand for developing the vineyard, and constructing new wine-making and visitor wine-tasting facilities;
