Background | The Applicant is a Scottish limited partnership and is an investment fund managed and advised by Partners Group. The Applicant is acquiring a 60% limited partnership interest in Invesco Real Estate Fund III, L.P., which indirectly owns Chorus House, a commercial property at 66 Wyndham Street, Auckland. This is an upstream acquisition and there will be no change in the day-to-day management of Chorus House. The Applicant has satisfied the OIO that the individuals who will control the investment have the relevant business experience and acumen and are of good character. The Applicant has also demonstrated financial commitment to the investment. |
