Background

The Applicant is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fletcher Building Limited, a widely held company traded on the NZ stock exchange. 

The Applicant is a residential land developer.  It is acquiring and will develop the land to build approximately 200 new dwellings over the next 5-10 years.
