This standard sets out the information and consultation required to review unrenewable occupation licences or unused Crown land under Part 3 of the Crown Pastoral Land Act 1998.
This standard is effective from 1 April 2010.
The purpose of this standard is to ensure that Crown land held under unrenewable occupation licences, or unused Crown land, is reviewed in a fair and transparent process that meets the requirements of the legislation. This standard only applies to LINZ contractors and employees.
This standard does not specify or affect the high-level policy made by Government.
