Why you need to apply

We are updating our process to better protect the personal information we hold and ensure those who have access are using it appropriately and meeting the requirements of the Privacy Act 2020.

Next steps

Your application will be accessed and we will advise you within 15 working days if your application has been approved or declined.

Declined applications

We will notify you in writing if your application is declined. As per our terms and conditions you will have 5 days to destroy any data you hold and provide written confirmation of its disposal.
