We hold historic Crown property paper files from our predecessor organisations, including the Department of Survey and Land Information, the Department of Lands and Survey, and the Ministry of Works.
Accredited suppliers often need to consult these files when acquiring or disposing of land for Crown agencies.
This historic information can be accessed through the ELFI database (below), which is available to accredited suppliers and to other researchers approved by LINZ.
